I had the most delightful stay at this hotel in the beautiful Swiss mountains. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, from offering a warm welcome and help with our belongings, to accommodating our vehicles in the covered parking. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the clean rooms, with their pink walls and air conditioning, provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection, including delicious American Burgers and a variety of breads, was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was perfect during our stay.

The friendlyness of the staff and the good location just on the city limits with easy access to the centre by car or by bus
I thought it was a bit pricey - but that's Switzerland for you

- check-in and check-out services were fast and efficient. although we didn't stay in one of those rooms which had garage box attached, parking in the public area of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. bathroom was clean and large. lots of nice facilities for family in the hotel.
- we couldn't open the window as we stayed in the first (ground) floor, so ventilation was a bit of a problem. but the hotel provided a fan in the room so this was fine.

All aspects of this hotel were more than okay.

It was unexpectedly good, comfortable and well located. Just 5 minutes by car from center of Lugano.

The room was a good size with direct access to private garage beneath - you could put your car to bed ....and check on it during the night without going outside! Quirky 50's decor gave a novel atmosphere. Very pleasant outdoor pool. Very easy to get into centre of Lugano.
Breakfast was extremely expensive - particularly considering the limited choice.............however almost next door there is a supermarket cafe which provides a much better value breakfast.

We stayed at Hotel Vezia for a few days and had a fantastic time. The 50's theme of the hotel was a unique touch that we loved. The staff were welcoming and nice, and having a garage to park our car was super cool. The location was convenient, not far from the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site diner with its 1950s style was amazing. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well-wishing and friendly staff
Wi-fi did not properly work within the rooms, mainly near reception.

Ok for a over night stay. The room had everything you needed. They knocked on the door at 9am and we was still sleeping that was a bit annoying, it was the cleaners to get us up but we had a late night. Its not that central for taking a night bus home as the night bus drops you far away from the place. But getting into town was easy. You couldnt walk it as its up a big hill. Over all ok but wouldnt rush back here

The location, nestled within the beautiful Swiss mountains, provides a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained and clean, including the rooms with air conditioning. I especially loved the unique 50s/60s style decor, with pink walls giving it a retro charm. The breakfast offered a variety of breads and the restaurant had delicious American burgers.
No major complaints, everything was more than satisfactory.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking.
Room amenities minimal for *** classification, minor maintenance issues (dripping faucet, faulty shower door). Breakfast not included in room price.

The best part of the hotel is the parking space and the summer facilities like the pool. Also the bus stop in front of the hotel make easy to go to the city centre without taking the car. The room was clean but a bit small for 3 people, anyway there was enough place for our luggage. There is a supermarket close to the hotel and a pizzeria as well, you only need to care about the swiss opening times (supermarket closes at 19.00 and sundays). Good option for a stop over when you are traveling with car/moto somewhere else and want a short break knowing Lugano.
It was very warm and the air conditioning was setting to 26°c without the possibility to lower the temperature. For three people was not enough so we turned it off and opened the window which was better in terms of temperature but loudly early in the morning.

Friendly staff and great parking facilities
We recently went on a city break to a hotel in the outskirts of Lugano and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to help with a smile. One of the best things about the hotel was the practical car parking facilities, making it easy to access our vehicle anytime. the hotel was located in a very convenient spot with easy access to the city centre and public transport.
While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a couple of drawbacks. For example, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, with a small selection of food available.
